As Chief Scientist of Trusted Autonomous Systems Defence Cooperative Research Centre I led the Ethics Law and Assurance program of work. In this role I created and staffed the National Accreditation Support Facility Pathfinder Project and became product owner and product visionary of the Robotics and Autonomous Systems Gateway (RAS-Gateway). I developed and staffed the Ethics Uplift Program working with award-winning researchers and producing impactful resources such as the Responsible AI in Defence Toolkit for Defence industries. I am lead author on 'A Method for Ethical AI in Defence' technical report, and creative director of ethics of robotics, autonomous systems and artificial intelligence video series.
As CEO and co-founder of BetterBeliefs I created the platform and built led the team to deliver high quality participant interactions, e.g. at the Responsible AI in the Military Domain (REAIM) Summit 15-16 Feb The Hague.
